Presider: We offer our petitions to the Father calling to mind the deceased of our family, our community, our city, our nation and the world. We recall those who died natural deaths or deaths of violence or deprivation. Deacon/ Lector/ Cantor: Please respond: “Lord, Hear our prayer”

Presider: Father, as we approach you, help us remember those who have died, especially those who formed us in right living. In our gratitude we ask you to take all souls into your presence with your loving kindness, mercy, and compassion. We ask this in the name of your Son who lives and reigns with you forever and ever.
