2. For the proclamation of your promises of peace, salvation, truth and justice that we may be bold like Elijah in sharing those promises especially with those in urban areas who feel abandoned, unseen and lonely - Lord, let us see your kindness, we pray to the Lord…

3. For the leaders of nations, that they may be guided in their discussions to recreate a world of whispering sound where all may dwell together in love and rest - Lord, let us see your kindness, we pray to the Lord…

4. For the natural world, that despite the apparent destruction of earthquakes, wildfires, drought, and floods we may see your power for goodness and rebirth - Lord, let us see your kindness, we pray to the Lord…

5. For immigrants, that we, as Jesus did for Peter, might stretch out a hand to ease their fears - Lord, let us see your kindness, we pray to the Lord…

6. For vocations, not only to the priesthood and religious life but that everyone born of God may know and incarnate the special call God has for each of us to serve his kingdom – Lord, let us see your kindness, we pray to the Lord…

7. For St Dominic and those who share in his love of the Word, that we may follow his example living a life of prayer, study, community, and preaching shining a light on God's kingdom of heaven which is at hand, we pray to the Lord…

Celebrant: Almighty Father, You bring us to new Life through Your Son; hear us as we pray together, in His Holy Name, through Christ our Lord.
